All prices include standard ground shipping (unless a different kind of shipping is requested)
Choco Gift Baskets agrees to ship all packages within 2-3 business days. If the client wishes to expedite shipping, they are able to pay the "RUSH" fee of $10.00 to ensure that the order is shipped same day (If the order is received by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, or the next business day, whichever is sooner).
Shipping Internationally: Choco Gift Baskets does not ship chocolate products outside the United States or Canada, however we are working on it.
ICE & INSULATION will be added to all chocolate orders where the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
General Shipping and Refund Policy & Procedures:
Choco Gift Baskets agrees to ship the package via the customer-specified shipping method. The shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed. All Claims for refunds or exchanges due to damage or dissatisfaction MUST BE MADE within 14 days of receipt of package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as overnight or 2nd day shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund.
Since Choco Gift Baskets did everything in its power to deliver the package as posted, Choco Gift Baskets is not responsible for giving the customer a full refund for the candy bouquet, but will give a full shipping refund as promised.
Choco Gift Baskets is not required to give a refund if the customer put an incorrect shipping address on the package, or if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be delivered due to the following:
1. Recipient Not At the specified address
2. Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend
3. Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room
4. No one was at home at the time of delivery.
5. Package was rejected by recipient
6. Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving said packages.
7. Wrong Address was given by customer, or package was undeliverable.
Customer may also be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if one of the following events occur:
1. Product is Damaged. Refunds will not be given until the damaged product has been returned to Choco Gift Baskets or to the shipping company to verify damage. Before returning a product to Choco Gift Baskets the customer must notify Cindy@chocogiftbaskets.com
2. Package does not arrive at its specified destination, or is delivered to the wrong destination due to improper addressing of the package on the part of Choco Gift Baskets

Our Candy Bouquets are food products. For quality assurance purposes, once they are opened, or tampered with in any way, we cannot re-stock them or re-use them.
