Where can I find your shipping rates Our shipping is included in the prices however if you would like a rush or an overnight that can be arranged if you e-mail cindy@chocogiftbaskets.com otherwise we ship standard ground.
Do you ship outside the United States ? We currently are not shipping outside the United States. However, we are working on it.
What is the normal shipping time ? What is the normal shipping time ? Unless the customer has pre-ordered a basket or bouquet for a later date, we will try to get the orders out within 2 business days of the order. If you need the order to reach the recipient sooner than that, you can put a rush on your bouquet for $15.00 extra (the RUSH would be specified in the "comments" section of the ordering process). And, when you fill out the shopping cart order form, it will give you the choice of shipping options and prices. Shipping times should not exceed 3 days during warmer months to ensure that the bouquets and baskets do not melt. Please note: Once your order leaves our facility we are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times. We use reputable delivery companies but delays and misshaps can and do occur. We make no guarantee on delivery dates unless you order Express Mail. Failure for a package to arrive on the guaranteed delivery date will result in a full refund of Shipping Fees By the Postal Delivery Carrier. Due to shipping issues we will be more than happy to contact the shipping company to help you find out where your package is and to provide you with a Delivery Confirmation Number which can be used to track your package.
When do you insulate your packages ? We insulate our bouquets when it is 67% degrees or higher This will ensure that the bouquets will get to their destination without melting. If you receive your package and the chocolates have melted and deformed, then contact us and we will make arrangements you to ship us the old bouquet and for us to ship you a new one. If the chocolates are soft, you just need to let them sit at room temperature for a little while and they will harden again. If the customer does not purchase ice and insulation than that is not the fault of Choco Gift Baskets.
How often do you add items to your site? We try to add something new once every two to three weeks. Do you have a catalog? No, But we are working on it! Do you accept checks? Yes.
